 This skort from Zara ticks just about every box in the desirable skirt/shorts stakes for me- tailored, asymetic , clean cut and electric blue- so I absolutely had to get it, there was no decision to be made!

Ive paired it with this chunky ribbed jumper from Sportsgirl and my most favourite addition to my wardrobe at the moment- my H&M leather jacket.

The skort also comes in white which I really liked too but every time I buy something in white I'm too scared to wear it out at night in case it gets ruined (flash back the Tuxedo jacket incident of 2011) and when I eventually do, I spill on it anyway. So at the moment, white tailoring and I are having some time apart.
